Marketing should pay for itself plus bring in substantial additional revenue. Otherwise, what’s the point in marketing? We tend to deal with small to medium sized businesses—owners and managers who are far more concerned with getting results than with flashy reports and sales pitches. If we help bring them more business, they continue to do business with us. It’s that simple.
