Our Long Haul program is designed for businesses that are serious about positioning for long-term success and have a web site established for at least one year. For start-up sites that are in the planning stages or have been online less than one year, see our Texas Incubator Program.

Using data collected during the Texas Explorer™ Analysis, we work with you to identify the best optimization strategies and develop a plan customized specifically to your business and website. An experienced team will work to optimize your website and incorporate processes for tracking results. Steps we may take include but are not limited to:

  • Rewriting the code on your pages and optimizing images for faster download time to assist in search engine indexing.
  • If necessary, rebuild the navigation structure of the site for better indexing and better user experience for your customers. In extreme cases we might even recommend a complete web site rebuild.
  • Rewrite page content, title tags, meta description tags and links on existing pages in order to target desired keywords.
  • If necessary, add pages with relevant content to further target desired keywords.
  • Incorporate XML sitemaps for search engine spiders/bots.
  • Build links from sites with related content. NOTE: We do not engage in link farms or other link spam techniques.
  • Establish social networking campaigns.
  • Incorporate Google Analytics with goal tracking for proper analysis of traffic and keyword patterns.

Our services don’t end with completion of these steps. Ongoing analysis is crucial to gauge the success of the program and identify adjustments required for improved results. Results won’t happen overnight; some improvement may be visible within a couple of weeks after page optimization has begun, but significant results can take several months. The rate at which results are achieved is often dependent upon how frequently search engine indexes are updated and how much competition exists for the targeted search terms, among other factors.
